The.breakfast was hot and well laidj out. Staff went out their way to help you and make you feel welcome, Maxine at breakfast, the reception staff during day, and all the cleaning staff and maintenance man went out their way to make a our stay a pleasant and welcoming stay, they are a credit to the hotel.

Very good location close to everything nice lake close by for pleasant walk. Pub doing food 300 yards away...With the history of this place didn't know what to expect. But clean and fresh, friendly staff, and excellent value for money...Nice to have the Holiday Inn back as a hotel

Amazing hotel with large beds. The pillows were amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Would've liked to test the bar, but was too tired - and the bed was too good - to go down in the evening. Will make use of this hotel again!

The staff were very professional yet friendly and courteous, always with a smile. The room and the beds were very comfortable, there was a lift to our room and the breakfast was buffet style and plenty of it.

Hotel met all expectations. Staff friendly and professional. Clean and good size room with comfortable bed. Both evening meal and breakfast enjoyable and hot.
